The apartment in Paris is 39m². It is in an art nouveau building which dates from 1914. The apartment has a host of period features, all beautifully restored, including fireplaces and original cornice work.

The living room is decorated in a typical Parisian style of warm caramel and deep red tones and looks wonderful by candelight – cosy or romantic – you choose.
Either way, it is the perfect setting for that most civilised of French habits – the pre-dinner glass of champagne. There is a stereo with CD, tape and radio, so don't forget to bring your favourite tunes to sip to.
